Since the foundation of the housing company in Oktober 1993, 34 million euro were invested for modernization and maintenance. But not only the flats were gentrified but also the surrounding areas. Since 2002 the companie offers special apartments for seniors, to meet the requirements of the demographic change in the population. In oktober 2010 the enterprise added 10 two-room apartments and 83 one-room apartments. But not only the elderly can find a suitably home, the companie offers various offers for singles and families with children. Two new playgrounds and a central place meeting place for lodgers in the residential areas are very popular. Furthermore we are very active in the support of sports clubs and the social care especially in the child-chare and youth welfare.
